The Level the Field Program provides support for more people with disability to join the sport and recreation workforce in paid and volunteer roles in regional Victoria.

About the program
Level the Field is delivered by Leisure Networks in partnership with the Victorian Government.
The program is designed to:
- remove barriers
- strengthen workforce capability
- embed long-term inclusive workforce practices.
It aims to help organisations move from good intentions to tangible outcomes that benefit people with disability and communities across regional Victoria.
Grant amount
Stream 1 – The Long Game: System and Organisational Change
Funding range $50,000–$350,000.
Stream 2 – Levelling Up: Employment Pathways and Opportunities
Funding range $50,000–$250,000.
