The Show goes on
Published: 23 October 2025Bendigo Showgrounds will be buzzing with energy, talent and pride this weekend with the return of the 2025 Bendigo Agricultural Show and construction in full swing.
Works are now underway at Bendigo Showgrounds including:
- a new multi-purpose pavilion with flexible community and event spaces
- a redeveloped Showgrounds arena
- upgrades to all 4 entrances and perimeter fencing.
These upgrades will revitalise the Showgrounds, improving accessibility, safety and functionality, while preserving its role as the venue of cultural, agricultural and sporting events for years to come.
Works are expected to be completed in late 2026.
Bendigo Showgrounds upgrade is one of 3 projects in the Bendigo region and is funded by the Regional Sprots Infrastructure Program. The Program is delivering 16 projects across regional Victoria, making our communities even better places to live, work, stay and play.
