Head contractor Matthew Walsh Electrical, a local Ballarat-based company specialising in commercial projects, who also delivered Ballarat’s Victoria Park Sports Pavilion upgrade, will lead the works due to be completed by the end of 2025.

The upgrade to the Ballarat Sports Events Centre also includes heating and cooling upgrades, pedestrian access and show court lighting.

Ballarat Sports Events Centre upgrades is one of 3 projects in the Ballarat region funded by The Regional Sports Infrastructure Program. The Program is delivering 16 projects across regional Victoria, making our communities even better places to live, work, stay and play.
