This is an exciting milestone for a project that will benefit people across the region, providing locals with a brand-new sporting facility close to home.

Applicants under the EOI process must outline their plans for engaging with local businesses, suppliers and workers, creating jobs and boosting the local economy.

Armstrong Creek is one of four projects across the Geelong and Surf Coast region being delivered through the Regional Sports Infrastructure Program, comprising of 15 projects in total across the state.

Programs like the Regional Sports Infrastructure Program are supporting rural and regional Victoria to be an even better place to live, work, stay and play: delivering what locals want and need, close to home, attracting more visitors and helping local businesses grow.
