The ARIA Hall of Fame inductee will play after qualifying on Saturday 24 October. He’ll provide a perfect soundtrack as the sun sets over the island track.

As the frontman of Aussie rock legends Cold Chisel, Barnes’ career is still going strong.

He will bring some of his famous hits to the MotoGP like ‘Working Class Man’ and ‘Flame Trees’.

It will be the highlight of a packed off-track schedule of events throughout the weekend. It will also cap off Saturday’s action, providing the ideal lead up for raceday on Sunday.

The 30th edition of the event at Phillip Island will again feature three days of intense motorcycle action with something for fans of all ages.

From 23-25 October, motorsport fans from across Australia and around the world will descend on Phillip Island.

The Penrite ASBK Championship will make its points debut before setting the stage for the world’s best riders to battle it out for the MotoGP crown.
