National Integrity Framework
Introduced in 2021, the National Integrity Framework contains a streamlined suite of policies that represent best practice in managing sport integrity matters and set out expectations for the conduct of all participants in sport.
The National Integrity Framework includes the:
- Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy
- Member Protection Policy
- Complaints, Disputes and Discipline Policy
- Improper Use of Drugs and Medicine Policy
- Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling.
The purpose of the National Integrity Framework is to have a consistent set of policies across all Australian sports. It is available for adoption by Australian national sporting organisations and national sporting organisations for people with a disability.
When an national sporting organisation or national sporting organisations for people with a disability adopts the National Integrity Framework, all affiliate organisations must also adopt it, including Victorian state sporting associations and their leagues, associations and clubs.
