Schedule of Use fact sheet and template
The Schedule of Use is an overview of a facilities current and proposed programming, activities and blocks of scheduling. It is a tool to assist in discussions with user groups and stakeholders to identify current use and to demonstrate the impact the proposed facility development could have on use and equitable access.
What should be included in a Schedule of Use?
The Schedule of Use includes all user groups that access the facility including summer and winter seasons or year-round use. All user groups should provide a letter of support indicating how the facility development will benefit them.
How to create a Schedule of Use?
This Schedule of Use template is provided on Sport and Recreation Victoria's website. The template is a guide only and applicants can develop their own tool outlining the current and anticipated use of the new/upgraded facility.
