This dedicated fund will allow football clubs and organisations to apply for support to deliver projects such as new lighting, pitch upgrades and building female-friendly change rooms.

These projects benefit the entire community – players, volunteers, coaches and fans.

Lighting means a facility or ground can be used day or night, giving clubs greater flexibility to train and play, while synthetic pitches remove the burden of watering and maintenance costs.

Building female-friendly change rooms will help level the playing field for women’s sport and ensure women and girls can get ready for the big game in facilities they deserve.

Grants of up to $250,000 will be available to upgrade existing facilities or build new ones to help grow the game and provide more opportunities for Victorians to get active.
