Olympic bronze medallist Anabelle Smith spoke at the forum about her experience training with the Victorian Institute of Sport as she prepares to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Anabelle said the support the VIS had provided with her training, as well as support services for mental and physical health and future career planning for life beyond competition, has had a massive impact on her performance as a diver.
Anabelle generously brought her bronze Olympic medal along to the forum, giving attendees the chance to hold the coveted trophy.

High performance sport not only extends to the athletes, but also includes the workforce which incorporates administrators, officials, coaches and volunteers.
SRV assists in the development of elite sporting pathways for Victorian athletes, administrators, officials and coaches through the provision of infrastructure and sector development programs, including supporting the VIS and Regional Academies of Sport.
SRV wishes Anabelle and her fellow VIS athletes all the best on their journey to Tokyo 2020.
