The new electronic scoreboard was made possible by a $60,000 investment from the Victorian Government.
The Bentleigh Cricket Club and the Bentleigh Football Netball Club have more than 650 men, women, boys and girls representing the community, who depend on the scoreboard to get the latest from the big games.
The new LED scoreboard adds a whole new dimension to the player and fan experience at the ground, helping officials, players and spectators keep track of the game.
Secretary of the Bentleigh Cricket Club Jason Abraham said the fantastic new electronic scoreboard is set to make a real difference to sport at this popular ground and provide a real boost for players, officials, sponsors and fans alike on matchdays.
General Manager of the Bentleigh Football Netball Club Garry Matlock said this will provide a real boost for local sport.
"We’d like to thank the Victorian Government for providing Bentleigh Reserve with a great new scoreboard, " he said.
